The Gokyo  Cho la pass trekking venture is an ideal challenge for the bold adventurer seeking thrilling experience. The arduous section  is to first cross the Cho La Pass border itself at (5,420m), and lengthy duration approximately 18 to 21 days that  goes through both the Gokyo Lake area and the Everest Base Camp. The Chola Pass trekking offers  interesting “climbs” of Gokyo Ri, Chukkung Ri and Kalapathar for marvelous views of icefalls and glaciers of Mahalangur Himalayan range which comprises of five major 8000+ meter peaks such as: Everest, Cho Oyu, Lhotse, Lhotse-shar and Makalu. This trail includes the view of Everest base camp, and also goes through renowned regions like Lukla, Namche Bazar, Tengboche and much of the Khumbu district.

Day 1Arrival in Kathmandu.

You are welcome to Himalayan country Nepal . The Kathmandu city capital of Nepal. We meet our guests at the Tribhuvan International Airport. A representative will be waiting with placard with our guests’ names displayed. The Bulkventure staff , dropping your Hotel . checked in hotel you will have trekking brief preparing for trekking permit and Trekking needs . In the evening, guests are invited to a Welcome Dinner at a Nepali culture restaurant. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 2Sightseeing in Kathmandu and trip preparation.

After breakfast start your city sight seen Inside Kathmandu Valley (Temple of city ) historical monuments,(world Heritage Site ) Hindu Temples, and Buddhist Stupas/Monasteries, sightseeing. Sightseeing may include the Kathmandu Durbar Square, Pashupati, Boudhanath, , and the Swoyambhunath areas. sightseeing Starting usually at 8:30am, the exploration of Kathmandu Valley can continue until 4.00pm. Lunch you will have one the way to city sightseeing overnight at Hotel .

Day 3Fly to Lukla and then trek to Phakding (2,652m) - 3 hrs trek

Early in the morning, we will Drop to the Domestic terminal of Kathmandu Airport to boarding our flight to Lukla . The flight Time take 35-40 min to reach Tenzing-Hillary Airport at Lukla . If the Weather is clear, you can enjoy the view of the snow mountain . we will have breakfast at Lukla from local lodge, you will be introduced to other trekking members Sherpa/Porter . Here, the luggage is prepared for the Porters. Then we start our Trek towards Phakding ,This is your first day you will walk just 3-4 hours . Here you can capture some of the most beautiful rural scenes on the entire trek. This first and short hike is specifically designed for the purpose of acclimatization. However, on reaching Phakding also known as the Guest House, you can freshen up and take a trip to nearby Monasteries as you like , Overnight at Guest House

Day 4Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440m) : 6 hours trek

After breakfast start your Trek , the trail leads you towards the first suspension bridge of the trek and easy uphill through the settlement of Benkar, Chumoa to Monju, which is also a gateway to Sagarmatha National Park. Between Phakding and Monju you can enjoy small tea houses and shops. After short National Park formalities at the entrance to the park, the trail drops steeply to the long suspension bridge built across the Dudh Koshi River. We further cross another suspension bridge and continue the walk to the high Hillary Bridge at the bottom of the hill. After the bridge, the trail leads you uphill to Namche Bazaar main Door of Mt. Everest. This uphill trail will give you the first great view of Mt. Everest that is hidden behind Lhotse-Nuptse and other peaks like Mt. Lhotse, Mt. Kusum Khangru. Over Night at Guest House.

Day 5 Acclimatization Day at Namche

This is the Acclimatization day . Namche is an essential acclimatization stop. It is recommended to stay active than idle. For this day you will visit to Everest View Hotel just one and half hour step up hill climb via Sangboche Airport this is the world Highest Airport from sangboche start panoramic snow mountain view . When you rich to Everest view hotel from there you can see close world highest mt. Everest /Lhotse / Nupse /Amadabalam /Touche many more popular mountain. (Tea Break for 1.00hours ) Then you will visit Thame Village , which is an old Sherpa village or another good option Khumjung/Khunde/ which further aids acclimatization while allowing you to enjoy the views of Mt. Everest and surrounding snow-capped peaks along with Sherpa culture. You will also have enough time to visit the National Park head office, Museum and monastery or you can simply spend your time enjoying cafés, shops, bakeries and restaurants at Namche Bazaar, Over Night at Guest House.

Day 6Trek to Dhole (4,200m) : 6 hours trek

The trek starts from the stone strides above Namche. After the stairs, the trail winds up simpler and goes through Dudhkoshi Valley. We see Khumbu valley encompassed by the world’s most astounding mountains and Tengboche religious community.
Following a couple of long stretches of simple trekking through rhododendron woodlands, we reach Sanasa.

Day 8 Trek to Gokyo (4,970m) : 6 hours trek

Day 11Trek to Dzongla via Chola Pass (4,850) : 7 hour trek

Today we take a simple trail to arrive at the excellent town of Lobuche. From here, we pursue the western side of Khumbu valley as we stroll past rough and frigid moraines.

Sooner or later, we arrive at the world’s most elevated settlement at 5160m in Gorakshep. Day 13 Trek to Everest Base Camp Back to Gorekshep (5364m) via Gorekshep : 7-8 hours trek

Day 14 Trek fromGorakshep to Kalapatthar and then to Pheriche (4,320) : 6 hours trek

A steep descent form Tengboche now leads you to the DudhKoshi River. We cross the first bridge over the DudhKhoshi River on our return trip in PhunkiTenga Enjoy Lunch and having passed the village of Tashinga and Sansa, we reach Kyangjuma. Namche bazaar is an easy walk from here. The night will be spent here so that you can enjoy a hot shower/musical bar / , and reference in restaurants, cafes and bakeries. Over night at Guest House.

Day 16Trek from Namche to Lukla Via Phakdig ( 2,800) : 4 hours trek

After breakfast, the trail drops from Namche Hill to the suspension bridge crossing the DudhKoshi River near the confluence of DudhKoshi and BhoteKoshi rivers. Then we reach Monjo. After some formalities at the check post of National park at Monjo the walk continues to Phakding for lunch. Since this is the last day of your trek we continue our walk to Lukla.Also, most of the tracks are flat which allows you to enjoy open plains, rhododendrons and pine forests, Sherpa village, prayer stones, and flapping prayer flags with very less effort. On reaching Lukla you will be loaded with memories made during the past few days. On reaching Lukla you can often some alone time, or spend your time with other crew members.This is your last day with Sherpa/porters Overnight stay at Guest House .

Day 17 Fly Back to Kathmandu (1,350m) : 30 minutes flight

Normally flights are always in the morning. You will have plenty of time to enjoy your breakfast while the guide takes care of airport formalities. Your luggage will be taken to the airport by Sherpas and porters. Once the flight arrives, you can directly get into the plane and fly back to Kathmandu enjoy 30 minutes scenic flight. On your arrival to the airport at Kathmandu, a private vehicle will be awaiting to escort you to your hotel. The flight depends on the weather condition. Flight delay or cancellation for the day is a common phenomenon in this region. So, we may have to pay extra charge USD 300-350 for the plane charter so that we will not miss our flight back to Kathmandu.

Day 18Final Departure

Today This is your final Departure for own your Destination , we check the list of all necessary documents and goods of our guest. We confirm the flight tickets before 12 hours of departure flight. We advise our guest to put passport and tickets at their handbag for convenience. Bulkventure staff representative will take our valuable guests to the airport (3 hours brfore to your flight) and bid goodbye. It will be not only goodbye, but also the welcome for next visit to Nepal.
